Community Asset Transfer

The Quirk Review: Making Assets Work, provides the foundation for current Government policy regarding community asset transfer.

The Quirk Review identified a number of benefits to local groups managing and owning assets, including community empowerment and a mechanism for local authorities to achieve their aims.
