The Quirk Review identified a number of benefits to local groups managing and owning assets, including community empowerment and a mechanism for local authorities to achieve their aims.

Pulse Regeneration is unique in being able to offer a one-stop shop service to meet all aspects of the community asset transfer process. With many years practical experience, Pulse is able to assemble a full professional team including architects, surveyors and engineers, to take a project from initial concept through to completion. We can also provide further support to ensure future successful management.

Pulse is especailly experienced in partnership working, forming project teams with public bodies and local authorties to maximise the use and value of assets. Pulse will take a lead in developing new and innovative approaches to project delivery where appropriate, including forming joint ventures and establishing community interest companies. In this way, Pulse is able to invest in projects alongside community groups, becoming joint owners as a way of raising additional finance.
