Key Actions
Pulse Regeneration developed and delivered a comprehensive Social Enterprise training course, including five workshops; legal issues, board development, finances, marketing, and business planning. Each workshop was delivered over a three-month period at various venues, each at different times. Workshops were fully interactive, utilising group discussions and exercises to maximise input and ensure full understanding. Due to the training programme’s success, Pulse Regeneration was appointed to deliver a further full round of the training workshops.
