Key Actions
Pulse Regeneration developed bespoke training for the community-based board, to provide the understanding needed for successful operation of the centre and its activities, including a nursery, café and community space. The approach included an initial skills review to determine the style and content of the training, and subsequent training delivery with a focus on legal responsibilities, team building, managing staff, conflict resolution, financial management, and developing social enterprises.
