Anfield Breckfield Community Partnership Ltd (ABCP) was established in July 2003 as a community development trust. ABCP were looking to develop a range of capital and revenue based projects that would benefit the communities of Anfield and Breckfield. The Board required a strategic review to help plan its future direction.

Key Actions

Pulse developed and delivered three Board strategic review events. Each event involved working closely with the Chair to determine an agenda and format, and the preparation of all presentational materials and group sessions/exercises. The first event involved clarifying the purpose of ABCP, setting strategic objectives and agreeing project development priorities. The second event considered requirements for the board, including developing a greater understanding of roles and responsibilities, identifying skills requirements, and agreeing how to take forward Board development. The third event focused on work programming, and included progress with key developments, recruitment, marketing, and agreeing an action plan for the year ahead.
