Pavilion Arts Impact Assessment

High Peak Borough Council had invested £2.5 million into its iconic Pavilion Arts Centre in Buxton and needed to establish the impact of the venue for the local economy.

Pavilion Arts Impact Assessment

open quotationHigh Peak Borough Council appointed Pulse Regeneration Ltd to undertake an independent evaluation and economic impact assessment of a capital project undertaken by the Council and partners. We needed the appointed consultant to do a thorough and complete evaluation with minimum supervision or input from officers. Pulse Regeneration were entirely up to this task and produced very robust economic impact information which not only evidence the impact of the project completed but will also influence future strategy. Work was completed to a high standard, within budget, and to agreed timescales. We would have no hesitation in re-appointing Pulse Regeneration for work of a similar nature.close quotation

This included developing User Surveys including email and face-to-face delivery to identify local spend, review of detailed monitoring returns, consultation with Council officers, design team, users, and partners, as well as undertaking a comprehensive economic modelling process to determine financial value created for the local economy and the extent of jobs secured.
