North Lincolnshire VCS Hub

open quotationPulse won the tender because of their experience, value for money and willingness to apply a flexible approach. They quickly built relationships with VCS organisations and key strategic partners. They completed the work to the highest quality and in the shortest time, exceeding our expectations in the breadth and depth of the work. They are reliable and able to communicate effectively at all levels (from community groups to very senior public sector partners). They are also really good to work with, keeping us in touch at all stages of the project. They are also creative, but clear and focused in their approach, and most importantly, they ‘deliver the goods’ on budget.close quotation

Key Actions

Pulse developed a feasibility study including extensive consultation with local stakeholders to identify potential demand for space within the hub and how the sector could increase its financial sustainability by sharing front of house and back office functions. Support also included identifying potential sites for the hub, developing detailed financial projections to demonstrate long-term viability, discussions with the Council regarding asset transfer, and identification of capital funding support.
