Pulse Regeneration is working with Wolverhampton Voluntary Sector Council to deliver a series of four Commissioning and Procurement Masterclasses in March and April to third sector organisations in Wolverhampton. The Masterclasses will help attendees to understand how they can successfully enter into public sector contracting. The aim is to help organisations win contracts and become financially sustainable. The first Masterclass takes place on Friday 25 March, 9:00am to 1:30pm, at Bingley Enterprise Centre. The Masterclasses are being delivered alongside the development of the ‘Firm Foundations – The Voluntary and Community Sector Good Practice Toolkit’, which is due to be published shortly.
Commenting on the Masterclasses, Chris Hart, Managing Director of Pulse Regeneration said:
“I am really excited that Pulse has been asked by Wolverhampton VSC to develop and deliver the Firm Foundations Commissioning and Procurement Masterclasses. These are extremely challenging times for voluntary and community sector organisations, both in terms of rapid policy changes as well as the economic climate. I hope that the Masterclasses will help to inform, provoke and stimulate those attending to think carefully about how they can develop their organisations in the future and enter into and win public service contracts.”
