Pulse is delivering the 3rd Round of its Leadership and Organisational Excellence Programme (LOEP) developed for Age UK nationally to assist Chief Officers and Trustees in developing resilient local Age UK partners that are able to successfully adapt to the changing and challenging external environment.
The Programme includes workshops and follow-up consultancy support and provides an opportunity for Chief Officers and Trustees to work together and provide critical challenge, self-reflection and peer-to-peer support.
Our first workshops which include modules on strategic planning, managing change, developing enterprise and building commercial relationships were held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Birmingham in June. Consultancy support is now underway with our third workshop to plan future developments scheduled for September.
