Pulse Regeneration was selected as a preferred consultancy to provide one to one tender guidance, advice and support to senior managers of third sector organisations as part the NAVCA Tender Support Project, which was delivered through the National Programme for Third Sector Commissioning. Support was provided to 16 senior managers of third sector organisations, which has helped to increase their tender and business skills, assisted them to win contracts and helped towards sustainability of their organisation. Support included assessment of the organisations readiness for tendering, developing pricing models, review of organisational pricing structures, guidance on polices, systems and procedures as well as analysing and improving draft tender submissions and supporting organisations to prepare for interviews. Each organisation was provided with a Pulse Regeneration PQQ readiness checklist to assist with their on-going development. Please see http://www.navca.org.uk/news/view-article/tender-support-evaluation for an evaluation of the Tender Support Project.
A supported organisation commented:
“Pulse Regeneration have given us the confidence to move towards the tendering process by their well thought out toolkit and friendly advice. Pulse have led us into the unknown step by step without being judgemental. No question was too small or too big to answer. We now feel that we are in a better position to approach the PQQ and tendering stage that we would not have been 6 months ago. Thanks to Pulse for their patience, clear reasoning and for their approachable manner, no matter how many times I called or emailed I always had an excellent service from them.” (Camphill Houses)
