Economic Modelling for Iconic Arts Centre

Pulse Regeneration has concluded an independent evaluation for High Peak Borough Council, assessing the performance of its £2.5 million Pavilion Arts Centre project in Buxton. The report concluded that the project had met the expectations of its stakeholders, over-achieved the majority of its intended outputs and outcomes, and had significantly supported the business confidence in the spa town. In addition, the report developed a simplified methodology to determine uplift in visitor spend, and concluded that the project had contributed over £2.8 million into the local economy in its first year of operation.
